Pepperoni & Lentil Pizza Dip

1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese                                         
½ c. pizza sauce                                      
½ c. sour cream                                                                
½ c. chopped pepperoni
1 c. cooked lentils                                                                
¼ c. diced green onion
1 tsp. dried oregano                                                                
¼ c. diced green pepper
½ tsp. minced garlic
½ c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper

Mix togethr cream cheese, sour cream, cooked lentils, oregano, minced garlic and red pepper: spread evenly in the bottom of glass pie plate.  Spread the pizza sauce over the mixture.  Sprinkle with pepperoni, onion, and green pepper. Bake in oven at 250 degrees for 10 minutes.  Top with cheese and bake for an additional 5 minutes.       
Cook peas a day, week or month in advance. They can be frozen until you are ready to use them.
