For more than 25 years, the Northern Pulse Growers (formerly North Dakota Dry Pea & Lentil Association) has been a grower-led organization whose mission is to create opportunities for its members. The Northern Pulse Growers Association is committed to representing the interests of growers and contributing to their profitability through marketing, research, government education and education. The Northern Pulse Growers Association represents growers interests in both Montana and North Dakota as well as on the national level by providing a unified voice on a wide range of issues including farm program policy, disaster legislation, crop insurance and market related issues.
NPGA hosts an annual convention in Minot as well as a producer meeting in Montana and summer plot tours.
